オンラインアカウント・データの削除依頼

iPhone・iPad・AndroidのGRICTについて、オンラインアカウントと関連データの削除をメールで受け付けます。アプリを使えない場合やアンインストール後も依頼できます。再インストールは不要です。

削除依頼メールを作成

メールが開かない場合：宛先 info@variousvariant.com ／ 件名「GRICT オンラインアカウント削除依頼」

  1. 本文に「オンラインアカウントと関連データの削除を希望」と記載してください。利用OS、公開プレイヤーID（#と6文字）・ニックネーム、アプリを使えるかを、分かる範囲でお知らせください。不明でも受け付けます。
  2. 運営者が返信し、対象とご本人を確認します。公開IDや名前だけで削除することはありません。確認に必要な情報が不足する場合は追加の確認をご案内し、確認できるまでは削除を保留します。
  3. 確認後に削除処理を行い、完了または対応状況をメールでお知らせします。

パスワード・認証コード・購入トークン・カード情報は送らないでください。アプリを使える場合は「設定」→「データとプライバシー」から直接削除することもできます。

2026年10月12日の方針変更：本ページ更新後のオンライン削除には、公開IDとサーバー上の復元情報も含みます。旧版アプリに「IDを保持する」と表示される場合も、削除処理はこの方針に従います。旧版やWeb受付では端末内に古いID表示が残る場合がありますが、サーバー上の復元対応は削除されます。アプリ内の表示・端末内のID消去に対応した1.1.2（15）は、Android内部版とiOS TestFlight向けの更新です。App Store／Google Playの一般公開版への反映は今後の更新で行います。旧方針の削除処理で残っていた公開ID・復元情報は、2026年10月12日に関連付けを確認して削除しました。削除について不明な点は削除受付へご連絡ください。通常利用中のID、端末の進行・Gコイン・Premiumは維持します。

削除される情報・保持される情報

  • 削除：Firebaseの認証アカウント、公開IDの予約、復元用ハッシュとその対応、アカウントとの関連、公開プロフィール（Premiumバッジの公開状態を含む）、アップロード済み成績、関連通報・公開名の制限。
  • 通常の利用中は固定IDを維持します。オンライン削除後は旧IDを復元せず、改めてランキングへ参加すると新しいIDを発行します。
  • 安全な再試行用の処理記録は完了後7日を有効期限とし、その後通常24時間以内に自動削除されます。未完了の処理記録は再試行が完了するまで保持します。通常のHTTPアクセスログは30日です。お問い合わせ記録は対応に必要な期間保持します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
  • この受付では端末内の進行・スコア・Gコイン・購入権利、Appleが管理するGame Center記録やストアの購入履歴を削除しません。返金の手続きとは別です。保持情報に関するご相談も同じ窓口で受け付けます。

同期停止やアンインストールだけではオンライン記録は削除されません。削除後に改めてランキングへ参加すると、新しい認証アカウントに端末内の成績が送信されます。削除された公開IDを端末の復元情報から再利用することはありません。

Request deletion of your GRICT online account and data

For GRICT on iPhone, iPad and Android, email us to request deletion of your online account and related data. You can request this even if you cannot use the app or have uninstalled it. Reinstallation is not required.

Create deletion request email

If the link does not open, email info@variousvariant.com with the subject “GRICT online account deletion request”.

  1. Say that you wish to delete your online account and related data. Include your platform, public player ID (# and six characters), nickname and whether you can still use the app, if known. Requests with unknown details are accepted.
  2. We reply to verify ownership and identify the account. A public ID or nickname alone is not sufficient. We may ask for additional information and keep deletion pending until verification is complete.
  3. After verification, we process the request and email you with completion or status information.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, purchase tokens or card details. If you can use the app, you can also delete directly through Settings → Data & privacy.

Policy change on October 12, 2026: Online deletions after this page update also include the public ID and server-side recovery information. This applies even if an older app says the ID is retained. Older apps and web requests may leave an old ID displayed locally, but its server recovery mapping is deleted. Version 1.1.2 (15), which updates the wording and local identity cleanup, is an update for Android internal testing and iOS TestFlight. Public App Store and Google Play releases will follow separately. Public IDs and recovery information left by the previous deletion policy were checked for remaining account links and removed on October 12, 2026. Contact deletion support if you have questions. IDs during ordinary use, local progress, G coins and Premium remain.

What is deleted and retained

  • Deleted: the Firebase authentication account, public ID reservation, recovery hash and mappings, account associations, public profile (including Premium badge publication state), uploaded scores, related reports and public-name restrictions.
  • Your fixed ID remains during ordinary use. After online deletion, the old ID is not restored; rejoining the leaderboard assigns a new ID.
  • Deletion retry records expire seven days after completion and are normally removed automatically within a further 24 hours. Incomplete records remain until a retry completes. Standard HTTP access logs are kept for 30 days. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request. See the privacy policy for details.
  • This request does not erase local progress, scores, G coins, purchase entitlement, Apple-managed Game Center records or store purchase history. Refunds are a separate process. You can also contact us about retained information.

Stopping sync or uninstalling alone does not delete online records. Rejoining the leaderboard after deletion creates a new authentication account and uploads scores still on your device. Device recovery information will not restore the deleted public ID.

GRICT is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. Free to download with optional in-app purchases. Android is being prepared for release.

登録は必要ですか？ / Do I need to register?

主要なパズルにはメールアドレスやパスワードの登録は不要です。任意のオンラインランキングに参加すると、匿名の識別子を作成して記録を送信します。

No email or password registration is needed for the main puzzles. Joining the optional online leaderboard creates an anonymous identifier and sends your ranking records.

オフラインでも遊べますか？ / Can I play offline?

主要なパズルはオフラインで遊べます。ランキング・広告・購入・購入復元などのオンライン機能には通信が必要です。

The main puzzles work offline. Online features such as leaderboards, ads, purchases and restoration need an internet connection.

Premiumの購入を復元するには？ / How do I restore Premium?

iPhone・iPad版では購入時と同じApple Accountで、Gコイン／Premium画面の「購入を復元」を選びます。Android版はGoogle Playでの購入・復元を提供開始に向けて準備中です。提供開始後は購入時と同じGoogleアカウントで復元します。AppleとGoogle Play間の権利移行には対応しません。Premiumの復元では進行・Gコイン・自己ベストは復元されません。問題がある場合は表示メッセージとアプリのバージョンをお知らせください。

On iPhone and iPad, use the Apple Account used for the purchase and select Restore Purchases on the G-coin/Premium screen. Android Google Play purchases and restoration are being prepared for launch; when available, use the same Google Account as the purchase. Entitlement does not transfer between Apple and Google Play. Restoring Premium does not restore progress, G coins or personal bests. If it fails, contact us with the message and app version.

オンライン記録を削除するには？ / How do I delete online records?

1.0.0 (2)以降では「設定」→「データとプライバシー」からオンラインアカウントと記録の削除を選び、確認画面で実行してください。端末の進行・スコア・Gコイン・購入情報は保持します。通信が切れた場合は同じ画面で再試行します。アプリを使えない場合・古いビルド・解消しないエラーはWebからの削除受付をご利用ください。同期停止やアプリのアンインストールだけでは送信済み記録は消えません。再びランキングへ参加すると端末の記録が新しいアカウントへ送られます。

From 1.0.0 (2), open Settings → Data & privacy, select deletion of your online account and records, and confirm. Device progress, scores, G coins and purchase information remain. Retry on the same screen if the connection fails. If you cannot use the app, have an older build or encounter persistent errors, use the web deletion request. Stopping sync or uninstalling alone does not remove uploaded records. Joining again uploads local records under a new account.

アプリを削除するとセーブはどうなりますか？ / What happens if I delete the app?

端末内のセーブデータは失われる場合があります。Premiumの購入復元では、Gコイン・進行・自己ベストは復元されません。不具合の際は、再インストール前にお問い合わせください。

Local saves may be lost. Restoring Premium does not restore G coins, progress or personal bests. Please contact support before reinstalling to troubleshoot a problem.

ランキングやデータについて相談したい / Ranking or privacy concerns

不適切な表示名、不具合、情報の取り扱いについては、上記窓口へ対象の表示名や画面をお知らせください。同期停止だけでは送信済み記録は削除されません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Contact us about inappropriate nicknames, ranking issues or information handling. Stopping synchronization does not delete records already sent. See the privacy policy for details.

Online deletion also removes the public player ID reservation and recovery hash. Your fixed ID stays during ordinary use; rejoining after deletion assigns a new ID. Account associations, public profiles, scores and related reports are removed. Apple manages Game Center records separately; they are not removed by GRICT's online deletion. See the privacy policy.
